How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
My tracking hasn't moved in a few days. Is that normal?
Yes, completely normal. International parcels can pause for 3 to 5 days between two scanning points, especially while crossing borders or clearing customs. The parcel is still moving even when the tracking isn't updating. If nothing changes after 7 days, write to us and we'll look into it.
