Returns

We want you to feel confident with every Lovaana order. Here is everything you need to know about returning an item.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of Items

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Download your prepaid return label.
5. Drop off your package at the designated carrier.

Return shipping is available via our prepaid label for a flat fee of €4.99, deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
